323 Builds is owned and operated by Mike Young Jr., a Richmond native with over 15 years in the construction industry.
Always building
Mike has been building and tinkering since he was young. Be it working on boats at his family’s place in Deltaville or bikes at apartments across downtown Richmond, Mike has always loved to figure out how things work.
His extensive experience in the construction industry includes commercial and residential projects ranging from ground-up construction of pre-engineered metal buildings to porch additions and kitchen upgrades.
In recent years, he has also taken up woodworking, especially fine carpentry and turning. His creations in the form of bowls, vases, and furniture can be found in loving homes across the country.
